The Nutgrafe service, including our AI technology, user interface, and branding, is owned by Charity Bribes and protected by intellectual property laws.

Article summaries are generated by our AI from publicly available news content. Original articles remain the property of their respective publishers. We provide links to original sources and encourage users to visit original articles for complete reporting.

Our summaries are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. By using Nutgrafe, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated summaries are not a substitute for reading original source articles, especially for important decisions
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content
• You are responsible for verifying information with original sources when accuracy is critical
• Nutgrafe and Charity Bribes shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated summaries

Summary Source Limitations: Our goal is to always generate summaries based on the full article content. However, due to publisher website restrictions, paywalls, or technical limitations, we may not always be able to access the complete article text. In such cases, summaries will be generated based on available information, which may include the article title, description, and RSS feed content. While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive summaries, summaries generated from limited information may not fully represent the original article.

Newsletter content is generated using the same AI technology that powers our platform. As with all AI-generated content, newsletter summaries may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. We encourage you to click through to original sources for complete and authoritative reporting.

We use Mailgun, a third-party email delivery service, to send newsletters and transactional emails. By using Nutgrafe, you acknowledge that your email address will be shared with Mailgun for the purpose of email delivery. Mailgun processes email data in accordance with their privacy policy.

Nutgrafe is a free service. All features are available to registered users at no cost.

• Account Required — To access Nutgrafe, you must create a free account using a valid email address.
• Service Changes — We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
